The Davika staff is well versed with construction practices and methodologies utilized in Texas and has an excellent record of finishing projects early and under budget.  A review of the most recent projects which were managed by Davika found that clients averaged savings of more than 2.5% of original contract cost and have been completed 7% earlier than expected.
